HOW IT WORKS

All custom map projects are different. To get started with Alpenglo Mapping, the first step is to get in touch to discuss your needs. Feel free to use our form to get a quote.

As part of the estimate process we may send you a mock-up or two, which is basically a rough sketch of the concept. Once we get the general idea, we provide an estimate that includes expected hourly fees and other costs. Here's our rates.

Once we've mutually agreed on price, specifications, and terms* work on the map begins. Generally we send a rough draft in the early stages to ensure the concept is what you had in mind. This is your chance to request major changes.

Once the map is complete, we send a final draft for your review. We then make any revisions* or changes you'd like.

Once you're totally satisfied with the final draft, we send the files via email or FTP download, or ship the printed map. Enjoy!

 * Terms - For some projects a contract, deposit, or other terms may be necessary. For smaller ones we tend to operate on mutual trust. If you're not completely satisfied prior to final delivery, we can end the project at any time. If you prefer a contract, we can provide one or take a look at yours.

** Revisions - Please note that we account for two sets of minor revisions in our initial estimate. More than two sets of revisions, or unexpected changes that add  % 20 or more time to the initial hourly estimate, may incur additional charges.
